June is nearly here and that means turtle season in Greece! Last year in Lakonikos Bay we had a very successful season and the team are raring to go in 2010. The first group of turtlers will arrive on the 13th June. (so soon!) There is lots of work to be done before then, including setting up camp and getting all the equipment checked and ready to go.

With the mother turtles expecting us on the beach by mid June, we can expect an excitingly busy season on the gorgeous Mavrovouni Beach working alongside a beautiful endangered species.
